Security Officer - Part-Time Entry Gate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or delivery drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential community access point.;
Control access to the location by verifying identification, confirming authorization, issuing visitor passes, and documenting entries and exits in accordance with post orders.;
Monitor gates, entry lanes, and related access equipment, reporting malfunctions and/or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, documentation, and notifying management and/or emergency services as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance concerns, then report findings per site procedures.
