Security Guard - Armed Entry

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors and/or visitors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a residential location;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of common areas, parking areas, entrances, amenities and the property perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site;
Monitor access control points, verify authorization for entry, and assist with visitor management and package and/or delivery coordination in accordance with site-specific policies;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation, contacting appropriate responders, and following post orders for notifications;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate key observations to management and oncoming personnel, and report hazards, suspicious activity and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts
