Security Officer - Armed Checkpoint

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Manage access control at community entry points by greeting visitors, verifying authorization, issuing visitor instructions and/or passes as directed, and documenting entry and exit activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or notifying site management as required.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Complete timely written reports and logs, communicate observations to site representatives and/or supervisors, and assist with routine administrative tasks related to access control.
