Security Officer - Armed Gate

Allied Universal - Up to $19.38/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a residential community.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of common areas, amenities, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.;
Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying credentials, logging visitors, monitoring deliveries and contractors, and directing traffic flow as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site management and public responders when required.;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnover.
