OverviewWe are seeking a driven, commercially minded partnerships professional to support and grow strategic relationships across the wealth management ecosystem. This is a revenue‑generating role focused on sponsorship sales, partner engagement, and long‑term relationship development.
The ideal candidate has approximately 4–7 years of experience in sponsorship sales within an events or media business, or in asset management distribution (e.g., wholesaling or intermediary sales), and is looking to take the next step in a high‑visibility, growth‑oriented platform.
This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a relationship‑driven sales environment and is motivated by performance‑based compensation.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Growth- Prospect and develop new sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Manage active pipeline and support proposal development
- Meet or exceed individual revenue targets
- Support multi‑year partnership development and renewals
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and revenue forecasting
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing and distribution teams at asset managers and financial institutions
- Support senior leadership in cultivating key accounts
- Identify opportunities for cross‑platform engagement
- Ensure strong partner satisfaction and renewal retention
- Represent the firm at select industry events
- Stay informed on trends across asset management and advisor distribution
- Contribute ideas to enhance partner value and activation
- 4–7 years of experience in sponsorship sales within an events, media, or conference business, or asset management distribution (external/internal wholesaler, intermediary sales, etc.)
- Demonstrated history of revenue contribution or quota achievement
- Strong relationship‑building skills
- Clear communicator with professional presence
- Highly organized with disciplined follow‑through
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- A motivated self‑starter who wants to grow into a senior partnerships leader
- A consultative seller who values long‑term relationships over transactional wins
- Someone comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Commercially driven with strong accountability
