The Schor Agency- an independent Brightway-affiliated agency- is hiring on behalf of Brightway corporate for a Sales Representative in Hollywood, FL. We're seeking a motivated individual to help clients protect their futures.

• Utilize a consultative, needs-based sales approach to effectively sell personal insurance lines.
• Assess clients’ unique circumstances and deliver customized insurance solutions that precisely align with their needs.
• Expand your client base by attending and engaging in networking events, seminars, and community opportunities to cultivate new business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed defined sales goals, maintaining a strong performance record in both short- and long-term metrics.
• Deliver exceptional, tailored service that strengthens client loyalty, fosters long-term relationships, and drives positive referrals.

• Current Florida insurance license (2-20), required.
• Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience, required.
• Highly self-motivated and organized.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
