The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to present and sell tailored product solutions to TRC’s B2B clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on creating and advancing sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead follow‑up, cold calling, opportunity qualification, and problem‑solving to meet client needs.
Starting base salary is $65 000 per year with an attractive incentive program and clear opportunities for advancement.

- Sell TRC’s industry‑leading power supply products and solutions to B2B clients in the electronics industry.
- Act as a trusted partner for clients—building long‑term relationships through proactive communication, problem‑solving, and value creation.
- Own your pipeline: generate new opportunities, follow up on leads, and manage projects through our CRM with urgency and precision.
- Drive results through daily outbound calls, prompt follow‑ups, and impactful client interactions.
- Hit and exceed daily KPIs and monthly/quarterly sales targets with a growth‑minded, competitive spirit.
- Understand client needs deeply to recommend the right TRC solutions that power their success.
- Lead confident video and in‑person meetings to present, negotiate, and close opportunities.
- Identify value‑add solutions and prepare winning proposals, quotes, and feasibility assessments.
- Develop a strong command of TRC’s products, modular power supply configurations, and market trends.
- Represent TRC’s brand with energy, professionalism, and a passion for helping customers thrive.
- Strong problem‑solving ability—turn client challenges into opportunities through cultural, operational, and financial alignment.
- Independently resolve customer issues (payments, pricing, lead times, shipping instructions) with minimal management support.
- Advanced objection‑handling skills; able to distinguish between real objections and routine resistance.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards in all sales activities and client interactions.
- Drive withholding and growth through strategic relationship management and consistent value delivery.
- Demonstrate innovation and adaptability in response to changing markets, customer needs, and technologies.
- Build productive relationships with TRC suppliers and manufacturer representatives.
- Maintain a professional Linked In presence that actively represents and promotes TRC Electronics.
- Exhibit advanced knowledge of the complete sales process—from prospecting to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Engage clients effectively through active listening, consultative discussions, and strong video conferencing communication.
- Plan and organize client visits efficiently, including travel scheduling, logistics, and expense management.
- Leverage mobile tools, CRM systems, and sales software to manage client data and opportunities effectively.
- Confidently recommend and configure power supply solutions aligned with client requirements and applications.
- Maintain a well‑balanced project pipeline with strong manufacturer diversity.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience as a sales closer and account manager.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Position may require travel: up to 10%.
