Inside Sales Representative

Overview

This position is primarily responsible for selling Fresh Meal Plan corporate products & services to past customers and supporting the Fresh Meal Plan Sales Team in-bound sales line. They are responsible for achieving the company objectives of driving sales/revenue for all prior assigned accounts and nurturing new leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop new ideas and programs to reactivate prior customers/save new customers
• Execute Sales Orders in accordance with company policy
• Attend weekly Sales Meetings in a prepared fashion
• Use FMP Customer Database to execute a minimum of 75 communications (calls or emails) daily with a goal of reactivating prior customers as well as reaching out to recent cancellations to save new sales
• Occasionally assist with Management team on an as-needed basis for special Events/Projects
• Learn company logistics, as it relates to member satisfaction & product delivery
• Create lasting relationships with members to generate repeat business and when needed customer account management
• Support Sales VP & Sales Manager in promoting the business mission
• Liaise with the Customer Service teams regularly to ensure member satisfaction in and around the building on deliverables
• Assist with the development & implementation of strategic Reactivation strategies
• Answer inbound sales calls regarding new customers and past customers

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Required

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years customer service or sales, with a Health & Wellness or Fitness background experience; completion of a certificate or degree may be preferred.

Preferred

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; and 3+ years customer service or sales, with a Health & Wellness or Fitness background related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
