OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE — Fully Promoted – Boca Raton, FL | Branded Apparel & Promotional Products

Are you a people‑person with hustle in your DNA? Ready to turn handshakes into orders and coffee chats into contracts? Fully Promoted Boca Raton is looking for a driven, confident, and street‑smart Outside Sales Rep to join our growing team of brand builders. You’ll be the face of our company—literally—bringing creative merchandise solutions to local businesses, event organizers, marketing managers, and HR leads.

• Hit the streets (and Linked In) to find and build relationships with businesses that need branded apparel and promotional swag
• Present creative solutions for staff gear, event giveaways, client gifts, uniforms, and more
• Attend networking events, visit offices, and follow up like a pro
• Coordinate with our in‑house team to deliver a flawless customer experience from concept to completion
• Track your activity and sales in our CRM (we’ll show you the ropes)
• Bring fresh energy, positivity, and ideas into the sales process

• Young at heart, ambitious, and not afraid to ask for the sale
• A student, server, bartender, or hustler looking to break into a real career path
• Able to take rejection, learn fast, and stay motivated
• Comfortable walking into a business, asking the right questions, and closing deals
• Someone who gets excited about cool merchandise and helping brands look good
• A Boca local (or nearby) who knows the area and isn’t afraid to put in the legwork
