Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated, sharp, and competitive individuals to join our Boca-based sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, initiating conversations, and creating new business opportunities across a diverse suite of financial services.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are confident, coachable, and eager to grow within a dynamic sales environment. Our Boca office, located in the heart of the Boca Raton district, offers a vibrant, energetic atmosphere surrounded by a forward thinking, motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume inbound/outbound outreach to potential business clients
• Qualify businesses by assessing their financial needs and determining eligibility for our solutions
• Communicate the value of our financial services clearly and professionally to decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with senior brokers to advance qualified leads through the sales pipeline and assist in closing deals
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Continuously refine your outreach strategy and industry knowledge through ongoing training and mentorship

• Previous sales experience or a demonstrated interest in building a career in sales or financial services
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with business owners confidently
• Competitive mindset with a goal-oriented, resilient approach to challenges
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
