Join us as a Business Development Specialist at Innovative Solutions. You must reside in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is a full‑time position reporting to the Executive Vice President of New Client Acquisition. You will actively prospect, cold‑call potential customers, qualify leads, set up sales appointments, and drive revenue for our growing team.

$45,000 – $50,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. Total on‑target earnings up to $95,000.

• Pre‑Call Preparation:
  Scrutinize CRM batch lists, research targeted contacts, and study sales enablement materials.
• Daily Calls:
  Dial aggressively to reach 80‑100 decision‑makers, employ consultative questioning, match inventory needs, and calculate financial impact.
• Lead Management:
  Move promising leads to technical specialists, document call summaries, and keep CRM data up to date.
• Email Outreach:
  Send personalized email drips to nurture prospects post‑call.
• Reporting & Optimization:
  Provide weekly activity reports, monitor analytics dashboards, and refine outreach strategies.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Shadow top revenue earners and enrich lead lists via research.

• 1‑3 years of high‑volume outbound B2B cold‑calling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• Curiosity, research skills, and a growth mindset.
• Persistence, strong work ethic, and ability to make 120+ dials daily.
• Data analysis skills to enhance outreach relevance.
