The Outside Sales Representative – Industrial will be responsible for growing the local business region and managing day‑to‑day sales activities toward cabinet and furniture manufacturers and residential and commercial woodworkers within the specified territory (Boca Raton/Delray Beach and surrounding areas). The candidate must reside within the sales territory. Duties include structured consultative sales discussions, both in person and virtually, serving as a business advisor to customers, and driving sales growth.
What We Are Looking For- Experience in outside sales within building materials or construction industries
- Eager to learn, with a passion for providing solutions and a drive to achieve successful sales growth
- Knowledge or experience in building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc. is preferred
- Highly motivated, self‑directed, able to manage time, responsibilities, and organization
- Proficient in using CRM to track daily activity, plan and optimize sales calls, and follow up on customer requests
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) for daily tasks
- Own independent, reliable transportation and willing to travel in the field three to four days per week
- Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 lbs
