Sales Development Representative will assist in all facets of the sales process including lead generation, presentations, contracts, and product deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts
- Identify trends and create strategies to develop new sales opportunities
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Use creative strategies and out-of-the-box techniques to identify business value, quote prices, compare options, and provide cost justification to close opportunities
- Research accounts and follow-through on leads
- Accurately document and manage all sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Identify decision-makers, qualify needs, present relevant value, and overcome barriers
- Increase satisfaction, build referrals, strengthen brand identity, and grow customer loyalty to the company through your interaction with prospects and customers
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Desire to learn from senior level sales executives
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Bilingual-Spanish is a plus but not required as we do have a LATAM division
