Position Details: This is a permanent position with both full and part-time options available. The role involves setting and confirming appointment times with interested customers for home improvement projects such as roofing, impact windows, and solar energy.

Responsibilities include:

• Speaking with homeowners outdoors daily to promote our products and services on an outside canvassing basis.
• Delivering simple information talks describing our services and providing important details to customers.
• Setting and confirming appointment times by calling or texting our corporate office.
• Generating sales leads and building a pipeline by creating personal connections.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance when representing the company.

Position Benefits:

• Flexible hours, full or part-time (minimum 25 hours/week), in Florida (east and west coasts).
• Work close to home.
• Uncapped earning potential with bi-weekly hourly pay plus commission, ranging from $30 to $75 per hour including commissions. Top earners make around $75/hr on average.
