Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Boca Raton, FL for a Client Advisor. The Client Advisor will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, assisting customers with their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inquiries, and providing expert guidance on products. The role requires a customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate and represent the Marni brand.
Qualifications- Excellent Client Relations and Customer Service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse clientele
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction through proactive support and responsiveness
- Basic understanding of Insurance policies and processes as they relate to customer transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Previous experience in luxury fashion retail is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer relations are beneficial
