• All cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to schedules, perfect image, and adherence to standards.
• Great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Perform essential functions such as accurate math, make correct monetary change, enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and manage orders.
• Work in varying conditions: weather, temperature extremes, fumes, dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
• Physical requirements:
  
  standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), carrying, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs or ladders, bending (including forward bending at the waist), reaching, crouching, and performing hand tasks requiring eye‑hand coordination.
