Position OverviewThe Seasonal Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engaging customers and exhibiting a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively.
- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
- Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
- Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
- Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items.
- Recover cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs.”
- Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain backroom and under‑stock to brand standards.
- Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor.
- Assist with other projects such as markdowns, re‑tickets and marked‑out of‑stock.
- Execute floorset proficiently and maintain backroom and under‑stock.
- Support store strategy to reduce shrink and ensure safe working environment.

Minimum Salary: $15.00 per hour. Maximum Salary: $18.75 per hour.
Qualifications- Authentic desire to exceed the customer’s expectations.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals (preferred).
- Sense of urgency and healthy competitive spirit while maintaining team focus.
- Resilient and able to bounce back quickly from setbacks.
- Willingness to take on more responsibility and seek coaching.
- Schedule flexibility that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non‑business hours.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.
