We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate (Temp-to-hire) to support a contemporary fashion boutique. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering an elevated in-store experience.

Schedule:

Full-Time hours (including weekends as needed)

• Deliver an elevated, client-focused shopping experience
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products
• Drive sales through relationship building and thoughtful styling support
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and general store upkeep
• Process transactions accurately at point of sale
• Support store events and peak business periods as needed

• Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred (fashion retail a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
