Restaurant Manager

Woodfield Boca Raton is adding to its Food & Beverage management team. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for exceeding all member and guest expectations. Our candidate will assure the highest standards of service are met including dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, as well as the cleanliness of food and beverage facilities and will provide supervision and training to staff.

The manager will be responsible for the supervision and training of staff, developing and implementing programs to increase sales within the restaurants and will implement controls to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals are maintained.

• Supervision and training of staff
• Develop and implement programs to increase sales
• Implement controls to maintain budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals

• 3‑4 years supervisory/management experience in an upscale, high‑volume restaurant within a country club or hotel
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal
• Hospitality or management degree or relevant experience
• JONAS knowledge preferred
• Flexible schedule, available to work 5‑6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidays and weekends
