• Operate in a professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment.
• Assist with executing food temps and following company specifications.
• Maintain a clean station and workspace; follow proper sanitation protocols.
• Open and closing duties as part of the shift requirements.
• Coordinate with teammates including assembler, expo, and management to ensure quality and timing.

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year of previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
