Dishwasher

Dish Machine Operators/Utility duties include maintaining organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils, practicing food safety and sanitation, restocking kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift, and general cleaning of the restaurant.

• Maintains all kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
• Displays teamwork throughout the shift
• Follows standardized recipes, preparation, and portioning and presentation procedures
• Maintains organized kitchen, dish, and storage areas
• Adheres to proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and notifies management of items needing repair; maintains kitchen cleanliness and organization for both the interior and exterior of the restaurant
• Cross trains to other positions when opportunities are available

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Good understanding of ingredients, kitchen safety and hygiene
• Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances
• Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
• Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs

• 10-40 hours weekly.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
