The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is a fast-casual restaurant concept featuring authentic Greek recipes, made to order, with high-quality ingredients, fresh products, and outstanding hospitality. This posting is for the Boca Raton, FL location (441 & Glades Rd).

• Prepare food items in line with recipe standards, ensuring speed and accuracy on a diverse menu.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness of the work area.
• Work as part of a team to achieve standards in preparation and delivery of food items.
• Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.
• Prepare food using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications with direction from Management.
• Manage storage hierarchy in walk-in cooler/freezer and keep dry storage organized.

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Good understanding of ingredients, recipes, kitchen safety, and hygiene
• Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances
• Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
• Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs
