About L'Instant Health Connect

L'Instant Health Connect is a local in-home care platform connecting families directly with experienced private nurses in their community. We are building a private nursing network for RNs and LPNs who want more control over how they work — allowing nurses to communicate directly with families and choose cases that fit their schedule and clinical comfort level. This is not a staffing agency position and there are no assigned shifts.

Families contact you directly through the platform for private-duty care needs such as post-hospital recovery, medication management, chronic condition monitoring, and pediatric home support.

L'Instant Health Connect is a Boca Raton–based healthcare platform designed to help families find qualified in-home care while giving nurses more flexibility and independence in how they work. Instead of operating as a traditional home care agency, our platform allows families and licensed nurses to communicate directly and coordinate private-duty care based on the family's needs and the nurse's availability. We focus on post-hospital support, aging-in-place care, chronic condition monitoring, and pediatric in-home assistance.

Our goal is to make it easier for families to access reliable care at home while allowing nurses to choose the cases they feel comfortable with and build ongoing relationships with the families they support. L'Instant Health Connect is locally founded and focused on serving communities throughout Palm Beach County.
