Homecare - Prefer Medicare and Oasis experience Summary
Provides nursing care in accordance with the patient’s plan of care, including comprehensive assessment, monitoring of health status, coordination of services, teaching and training activities, and management of the care plan.
Qualifications- 1 year Nursing (Required)
- 1 year Home Health Care (Required)
- RN License (Required)
- Oasis Experience (Required)
- Start of Care Oasis Assessments
- Medication management
- Infusions
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
- Document in Brightree by Matrix Care EMR system
