Overview

Central Health Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced board-certified Nurse Practitioner for a full-time Monday - Friday with a flexible schedule opportunity in post-acute care in the Boca Raton, FL area.

• Follow up on new patient admissions adhering to the established treatment plan
• Recertify patient stays
• Round on current patients and update treatment plans as needed
• Communicate with medical staff and the on-site physician to ensure consistent quality care for each patient
• Update patient charts and prescribe medications as needed

This is a 1099 contractor role compensated on RVU with an expected income of $200,000 to $250,000+ annually. Medical professional liability coverage is provided. No call or weekend/after-hours requirements.

• Nurse Practitioner diploma from an accredited Nurse Practitioner curriculum
• Active and unencumbered license to practice nursing in Florida
• Active and unencumbered DEA license
• 3 or more years of bedside patient care, preferably in post-acute care with experience treating co-morbidities
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), diagnostic aptitude, bedside manner, and collaborative/leadership skills
