We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive prenatal, labor, delivery, postpartum, and gynecological care to diverse patient populations. Your expertise will support women through every stage of pregnancy and childbirth, ensuring safe, personalized, and respectful care. As a key member of our clinical team, you will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes while adhering to all regulatory standards.

• Provide comprehensive, full-scope midwifery care including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and well-woman services.
• Manage labor and birth in collaboration with other midwives and physicians when appropriate.
• Offer family planning and contraceptive counseling.
• Educate patients on reproductive health, wellness, and holistic care practices.
• Participate in rotational call coverage as outlined above.
• Document all patient encounters accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

• Active RN and CNM licensure in the state of Florida.
• AMCB certification (or eligibility).
• BLS and NRP certification required.
• Prior midwifery experience preferred, but new graduates with strong birth experience are welcome to apply.
• Commitment to patient autonomy, evidence-based care, and respectful, holistic practice.
