Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Acts Retirement-Life Communities is hiring a registered nurse supervisor to oversee all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care for residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff, ensuring quality care and compliance with policy.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate nursing assignments and work schedules.
- Arrange replacements as needed to assure adequate staffing.
- Assist the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel.
Qualifications:
- Current State license as registered nurse (RN).
- Minimum of two years of related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities.
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
- Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills.

Pay: $47.00 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
