Pool Registered Nurse Seasonal , Cardiovascular Step Down, Per Diem

Position: Pool Registered Nurse Seasonal Contract, Cardiovascular Step Down, Per Diem, 6:30A-7:00P
The RN is a licensed professional able to demonstrate the following proficiency and mastery of the core competencies: assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, planning, intervention, evaluation, flexibility, organizational skills, professional accountability, leadership and service who delivers patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing and promoting evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety, and service. Estimated pay range for this position is $61.00 / hour depending on shift as applicable.

* Minimum

Required Experience:

ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse. ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP per department standards.

* This is a 12-week commitment in the Baptist Health Seasonal Nursing Pool, which is a temporary nursing position. Candidate must commit to the following requirements for the position:

* Possess a valid RN license eligible to practice in FL; have BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (dependent upon unit) certification by the AHA or American Red Cross.

* Float to all areas within the hospital as needed or assigned

* * Work any three twelve hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the Agreement period for a total of 36 hours per week.

Seasonal Nursing Pool Employees will not be flexed. Seasonal Nursing Pool Employees will not accrue and are not entitled to Paid Time Off (PTO), nor are they permitted to request time off during the Agreement Period. Seasonal Nursing Pool employees are not eligible to participate in any Boca Raton Regional or Baptist Health South Florida benefit, shift differential, or bonus programs.
