Job specification

• Provide anesthesia services for GI endoscopy procedures in an outpatient setting.
• Perform pre-procedure evaluations to assess patient readiness and plan individualized anesthesia care.
• Administer intra-procedural sedation and continuously monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Coordinate post-procedure recovery, including patient assessments and appropriate care handoffs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to center policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and endoscopy staff to provide the highest level of care.

Candidate requirements

• Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license.
• Must meet credentialing requirements in the state of Florida.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• GI/Endoscopy anesthesia experience preferred but not required - training available for the right candidate.
