Manager, Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Atkins

We are a purpose-driven consumer brand focused on helping people feel confident, secure, and empowered through personalized solutions. We are seeking a highly driven Manager, Social Media & Affiliate Marketing to lead and scale Gradual affiliate, influencer, referral, and social media programs to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.

This role owns strategy, execution, performance, and optimization across all digital partnership and social channels with a strong focus on ROI, growth, and conversion.

• Develop and execute affiliate, referral, and influencer marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue
• Manage and grow partnerships across affiliate networks, influencers, and referral platforms
• Oversee social media content and performance across organic and managed platforms
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance weekly against KPIs, ROAS, and LTV
• Negotiate affiliate, influencer, and referral agreements, commissions, and incentives
• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance across all platforms
• Partner closely with internal marketing, franchise, and leadership teams to align campaigns and messaging

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital performance marketing, or growth marketing
• Proven experience managing high volume affiliate or influencer programs
• Strong data‑driven mindset with experience optimizing ROI and conversion metrics
• Experience leading projects, vendors, or teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual Spanish or French is a plus but not required

• $90K to $100K base salary
