Responsibilities- Strategy
- Market/Competitor research
- Setting paid media goals & KPIs
- Creating a Full Funnel Strategy
- Implementing the Full Funnel Strategy
- Campaign Building
- Creating & setting up paid media ad campaigns
- Accurately managing budget & spend
- Monitoring and Optimising paid media campaigns
- Analytics:
Reviewing & reporting campaign KPIs to client - weekly & monthly - Provide inputs on creative copy and graphical ad templates
- Keep pace with paid media industry trends and developments
- Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, results
- Work closely with other team members to meet client goals
- Certifications:
Facebook Blueprint-related certificates and/or Google Ads certificates;
Upper Intermediate English (minimum) - 3+ years of experience in Paid Social (Linked In & Facebook) primarily managing daily & weekly campaigns
- 3–5 years B2B experience in Linked In Ads, Facebook Ads and Google, GTM, etc.; proficiency in managing moderate to large-scale B2B accounts in various verticals, especially B2B SaaS; experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Proven interest in data-driven problem solving (degree in marketing, finance, engineering, economics, or relevant work experience)
- Experience with website analysis using Google Analytics and internal reporting tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
- Clear and effective communication of thoughts and points
- Ability to learn new industries quickly and apply knowledge to internet marketing initiatives to achieve client goals
- High integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
