Operator; Evening Shift

Shift: Evening shift, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday – Friday.

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make world‑class products for our well‑known brands. Working with machinery, following safety and quality procedures, you’ll ensure the production line runs smoothly. This entry‑level role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork and a willingness to learn.

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend and move throughout the shift.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
• Comfortable using computers or tablets.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math and mechanical understanding.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented and dependable.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals and food allergens.

Approximate hourly pay: $20.05 – $20.61* (includes a $1.50/hour shift differential). Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
