Controller & Office Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dealership Controller & Office Operations Manager to oversee the financial integrity and day-to-day administrative operations of a high-volume dealership. This role requires deep Quick Books Online expertise
, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues independently
.

• Full-cycle dealership accounting using Quick Books Online and Deskmanager DMS
• Month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Identify financial discrepancies and resolve them quickly and accurately
• Oversee AR/AP, flooring, inventory, and title reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with state, lender, and internal control requirements
• Prepare financials for ownership, lenders, and auditors

• Lead and manage office staff (titles, accounting, admin)
• Create structure, accountability, and efficient workflows
• Establish and enforce SOPs for office operations
• Improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and prevent recurring issues
• Serve as the point of escalation for operational and compliance concerns
• Partner with ownership and department leaders to support growth

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Quick Books Online
• Proven experience managing office operations or administrative teams
• High-level problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable making decisions and seeing them through
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• High level of autonomy and trust from ownership
• Leadership role with real operational authority

$115,000 – $145,000 base salary
, depending on experience
