Litigation Associate Attorney

A boutique law firm in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a motivated Associate Litigation Attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience. The role involves working closely with partners on various litigation and transactional matters, including criminal law, family law, and civil litigation. This position provides an opportunity to develop legal strategies, represent clients, and advance within a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and manage discovery processes.
• Perform legal research and analyze case strategies.
• Participate in trial and hearing preparations, including courtroom presentations.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Collaborate with partners to develop case strategies and provide valuable analysis.

• 3 to 10 years of litigation experience, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to take on responsibility.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in Florida.

• Expertise in litigation and legal research.
• Strong analytical and writing abilities.
• Effective communication and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
