This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant based in Boca Raton, FL. We will consider flexible working arrangements and work life balance requests based on experience and availability. Our Boca office is conveniently located in Sanctuary Center on N. Federal Highway at Yamato Rd., just West of I-95. The Legal Assistant will provide administrative and legal support to the attorney, including intake, and managing correspondence, drafting and proofreading legal documents, maintaining client files, coordinating schedules, time tracking and billing, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
The role also involves working with the attorney on firm projects and initiatives, coordinating with IT professional, liaising with clients, and supporting daily office operations.

- Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and document formatting a plus
- Experience with drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents accurately a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and maintaining legal records
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with legal practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Discreet with unwavering commitment and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Prior experience in a legal setting is a plus
