The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage foreclosure and creditor's rights litigation. The primary responsibility of this individual will involve various aspects of mortgage foreclosure default litigation.
Primary job function will involve service of process, defaults, basic pleading preparation, and affidavit preparation.
This individual will communicate frequently with firm clients, vendors, opposing counsels, and the courts.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to lawyers
- Handle communication with clients
- Experience in legal field a must please do not apply if you have not worked in a law office previously
- Familiarity with foreclosure law, docket review, legal procedures, and protocols
- Prior experience with a Plaintiff's foreclosure/creditor's firm preferred
