We are seeking an admitted attorney for a promising Associate Immigration Attorney position within our esteemed law office, offering significant opportunities for professional growth. As the Associate Attorney, you will report to the Senior Partner while managing your own caseload and client interactions. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our outstanding Immigration Team, including attorneys and legal assistants.

This position offers partner opportunities.

• Manage your own caseload and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the Immigration Team, including attorneys and legal assistants.
• Lead team meetings within the first year.
• Report directly to a Senior Attorney/Owner, while working alongside other associates, paralegals, and staff.

• Must have Work Authorization in the U.S.
• Experience with immigration cases (Preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) (Required)
• Must possess JD degree from a U.S. accredited law school
• Admission to a U.S. state bar required (must be in good standing)
• Strong research and writing skills
• Detail oriented when preparing filings and support letters
