Our law firm is positioned as Florida's Premier Residential Construction Law Firm for Homeowners. We help homeowners before, during, and after their custom home builds and major home renovation projects. This is a niche within the construction law niche that we are currently set to dominate through value-added services.
We need a client-service-oriented, full-time remote receptionist who is preferably Florida-based. The role involves empathetically fielding calls from potential new clients and pre-qualifying them before they are scheduled to speak with the Client Intake Manager. You will also field all other calls coming into the firm from existing clients, opposing law firms, expert witnesses, and Judicial Assistants. Additionally, you will accurately enter data into the Firm's CRM system and lead tracking spreadsheets.

Compensation: $18.50 - $22 hourly
