Employment Litigation Attorney
Reputable regional firm in South FL seeking a Labor and Employment Litigator with 7-12 years of experience, onsite in Boca Raton with some flexibility.
Responsibilities- Manage employment litigation matters from inception to trial.
- Adhere to state and federal employment regulations.
- Negotiate employment mediation matters, settlements.
- Manage case/ trial strategy.
- Lead motion and discovery (pre-trial) practice.
- 7+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
- Expert-level knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
- Litigation, arbitration, and mediation experience.
- Strong legal drafting and policy development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-profile cases simultaneously.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the FL Bar in good standing.
