Job Summary
We are seeking a Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney to join a reputable, sophisticated boutique law firm in Boca Raton. The firm is a full-service estate planning boutique specializing in trustand estate litigation, estate planning, asset protection, tax planning, among other areas. The ideal candidate will have 3-8years of experience with extensive experience in trusts and estates litigation.
Responsibilities- Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Assist with trial preparation and/or attend trial.
- Build trusting relationships with clients.
- Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- LLM preferred.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- 3-8 years of experience in litigation with experience in trusts and estates litigation.
- Preferred experience in product liability, class action, or similar cases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
