Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney with Collections/Foreclosure experience, preferably for community associations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on legal matters, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and managing foreclosure and collections cases.
Responsibilities- Advise clients on legal matters
- Conduct legal research
- Represent clients in court and conduct bench trials
- Negotiate settlements
- Manage foreclosure and collections cases
- Background in foreclosure litigation
- Ability to provide legal advice and conduct thorough research
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in the state of Florida
- Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in collections/foreclosure law is preferred
