As the Associate Attorney, you will report to the Senior Associate Attorney while managing your own caseload and client interactions. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Immigration Team, including attorneys and legal assistants.
ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Attorney will:
- Manage own caseload and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the Immigration Team, including attorneys and legal assistants.
- Prepare filings and support letters with attention to detail.
- Conduct research and maintain professional client communications.
- Must have Work Authorization in the U.S.
- JD degree from a U.S. accredited law school
- Admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) (Required)
- Strong research and writing skills
- Detail oriented; able to manage own caseload and assist with assignments from attorney and staff
- Experience documenting employment-based cases, specifically EB-1 and EB-2 NIW (Preferred)

Monday to Friday - Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
