The Baldwin Group (NASDAQ: BWIN), takes a holistic and tailored approach to insurance and risk management.

This is a base pay ($41,600) plus commission.  We will discuss commissions in person. It’s a 60-70K position all in first year and grows each year as you get more experience.  W-2 position with benefits and 401K plus 45 shares of stock options as a sign on bonus
** Principal Responsibilities:
** Maintains a concern for accuracy, timeliness and completion when interacting with current and prospective clients, the firm and insurance company partners to minimize potential for errors and omissions claims while demonstrating strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Maintains understanding and knowledge of insurance industry and underwriting criteria for insurance company partners represented by the firm to effectively communicate to all involved.

Requirements:
** We will train people that come to firm with strong interpersonal skills and an amazing attitude. Self-starter with the ability to influence others through effective verbal and written presentation skills. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to learn appropriate insurance company and firm software systems.
