Overview

Job Description: Our direct client is hiring a Partner Manager to own the onboarding, activation, and day-to-day management of their partner portfolio by volume, with a primary focus on agencies and non-strategic ecosystem partners.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this role works closely with Marketing and Revenue to activate partners into referrals, co-marketing initiatives, and partner-driven pipeline.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, putting themselves out there, and being accountable for real outcomes. You ll have real ownership and play an active role in representing the company across partner and ecosystem conversations.

Responsibilities
  • Own onboarding and ongoing relationships with agency and ecosystem partners
  • Activate partners into referrals, co-marketing, and joint initiatives
  • Recruit and onboard new partners (primarily inbound, with targeted outbound)
  • Represent the company in partner webinars, events, and ecosystem conversations, both virtual and in person
  • Host or moderate partner-facing sessions as needed
  • Maintain accurate partner activity and pipeline tracking
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners within your portfolio
What You Bring
  • 3–6 years of experience in SaaS (Mar Tech or AdTech preferred) in partner management, agency-facing, or GTM-adjacent roles
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfort leading calls, meetings, and live or group sessions
  • Experience supporting or participating in webinars, events, or partner initiatives
  • Strong organization skills and consistent follow-through
  • Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel for partner and industry events (~10–20%)
