What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing or operations role in reporting management.
  • Proven customer management skills with a strong customer service orientation (desire to help others).
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proven understanding of the operations function; prior experience in banking, retail credit or consumer credit reporting industries is considered an asset.
  • Previous support of customer integration projects.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and/or Metro 2® credit reporting; high level of computer literacy and excellent analytical skills.
  • Power BI and/or Tableau experience.
  • Experience working in a heavily regulated environment is a plus.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Support Trans Union’s Alternative Data and its day-to-day operational function.
  • Help monitor and evolve the fundamental capabilities to manage the performance, health, and quality of all Alternative Data Sources and Furnishers.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by solving customer problems and resolving escalated matters. The ideal candidate documents and assesses root causes to prevent recurrence and maintains high standards of communication and service.
  • Audit reported data and collaborate with customers to ensure accurate and timely updates.
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide relevant solutions.
  • Act as the internal point of contact for issues with data sources.
  • Document and assess root causes to avoid future issues while maintaining high standards of communication and service.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
