Senior Data Architect

* Bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
* Translate complex business requirements into robust logical and physical data models.
* Document and maintain clear data flow architectures for applications to ensure alignment between business intent and engineering output.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field is required.
* Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Business Analytics is strongly preferred.
* 8+ years of proven experience in data engineering, software development, or solution architecture.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically architecting and delivering solutions within the Databricks ecosystem (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Photon).
* 5+ years of experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* 2+ years of experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, or acting as a Technical Lead in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Expert-level proficiency in Python (PySpark) and SQL.
* Experience architecting infrastructure for AI (Vector Search, Feature Stores, Model Serving) and familiarity with LLM constraints.
* Extensive experience with dimensional modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake) and Data Vault methodologies.
* Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional
* Databricks Certified Solutions Architect
* Cloud Solution Architect Professional (AWS/Azure/GCP)
