Vice President Information Technology

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Vice President to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy, infrastructure, security, and business systems for a global, multi-site organization.

This executive will oversee IT architecture, systems design, roadmap development, cloud strategy, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and third-party technology partnerships. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, hands-on experience with enterprise systems and programming, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas to deliver technology solutions that meet evolving business needs.

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and cross-functional objectives.
• Partner with leaders in operations, finance, supply chain, ecommerce, manufacturing, and other business units to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals.
• Lead IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, data security, and disaster recovery.
• Oversee enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, supply chain systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and related integrations.
• Drive technology governance, best practices, ITIL frameworks, and security policies.
• Lead and develop IT teams across infrastructure, applications, security, and business intelligence.
• Manage third-party providers, managed services partners, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee major IT projects, system implementations, integrations, and enterprise roadmap development.
• Ensure clear communication, alignment, and collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders on all technology initiatives.
• Ensure stability, optimization, and scalability of systems across corporate, ecommerce, manufacturing, and distribution environments.

• 10+ years of hands-on leadership experience in enterprise IT environments.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Net Suite ERP, Manhattan Scale, Active Scale, and business planning software, including hands-on experience with Net Suite Oracle EBS modules such as GL, AR, AP, Inventory, BOM, WMS, Purchasing, OM, Advanced Pricing, Engineering, Payments, Quality, Shipping, and Mobile.
• Experience with inbound/outbound EDI transactions and Net Suite Oracle E-Commerce Gateway is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience with web platforms, Shopify, domain administration, CRM systems, and mobile device management tools such as Intune and Scanner MDM.
• Extensive experience managing ERP platforms, supply chain planning systems, warehouse management systems, eCommerce platforms, and integration tools.
• Strong background in cloud technologies, device management tools, cybersecurity frameworks, and network infrastructure.
• Advanced experience with database technologies, AI technologies, data management, APIs, integration architecture, and at least 5 years of programming language experience.
• Demonstrated strength in clear and effective communication, with the ability to translate business needs into technical strategies and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead project planning, including scoping, forecasting, prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Successful track record collaborating across functional areas to deliver high-impact technology solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale system upgrades, implementations, and complex enterprise integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the capability to analyze, tune, and optimize systems effectively. Excellent adaptability to changing priorities, ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment, and a strong customer service orientation are essential. Clear, technically appropriate, and user-friendly communication skills are required.
• A college diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required, along with strong proficiency in English.
