Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for Windows-based environments
- Migrate Windows laptops between Microsoft tenants
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tenant migration and user access
- Support identity and access management using Entra
- Assist with Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and troubleshooting
- Diagnose and fix post-migration bugs and system issues
- Provide end-user support during and after migration activities
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra
- Experience supporting Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Familiarity with Windows laptop migrations between Microsoft tenants
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
