As the five9 Platform Administrator, you will serve as the subject‑matter expert and primary administrator for our Five9 cloud contact center platform. You will play a critical role in optimizing system performance, managing integrations, and ensuring our contact center operates with efficiency and reliability.

• Configure and manage Five9 features, including IVRs, ACD, call routing, campaigns, permissions, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Integrate Five9 with CRM and workflow tools such as Soho, Hub Spot, and/or Field Routes.
• Develop automations and process enhancements to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the call center team.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.

• 3+ years of experience managing a cloud‑based contact center platform (Five9 required).
• Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, and contact center operations.
• Practical experience with API integrations.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Python, Big Query, Looker, and/or Sigma are a plus!
• Ability to thrive in a lean, fast‑paced environment characteristic of a high‑growth startup—workloads are consistently busy, and role scope evolves as the organization grows. Must be a strong team player who is adaptable, collaborative, and willing to pitch in where needed to support broader operational success.
