Client is a next-generation neuromuscular recovery platform redefining how clinicians treat neurological and musculoskeletal dysfunction. We lease patented, AI-driven medical devices to physical therapy, orthopedic, sports medicine, chiropractic, and research institutions nationwide.
We are transitioning from pilot programs into full commercial scale and are building the operational backbone to support rapid, disciplined growth.
The RoleWe are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) to own and integrate everything that touches revenue—from first lead to signed lease to monthly billing and renewals. This is a foundational role
, not a maintenance role. You will design, build, and run the systems that allow sales, finance, operations, and leadership to see the same truth in real time. You will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Client Success.
- Own and optimize Salesforce (out-of-the-box first; disciplined customization only where it truly matters)
- Integrate Salesforce with:
- Docu Sign (leases, pilots, amendments)
- Billing / invoicing systems
- Customer onboarding workflows
- Define and enforce CRM hygiene, permissions, and data governance
- Build and manage:
- Lead → Opportunity → Lease → Live Device workflows
- Pilot-to-paid conversion tracking
- Flex → Flat lease conversion tracking
- Standardize deal stages, contract triggers, and handoffs
- Ensure sales teams are fast without breaking compliance
- Create dashboards for:
- Pipeline health
- Active devices
- Monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
- Churn, renewals, expansions
- Deliver clear, defensible forecasts for leadership and investors
- Own revenue reporting used in board, investor, and diligence settings
- Partner with Finance to:
- Ensure accurate invoicing and collections
- Track lease terms, caps, overages, credits, and deposits
- Maintain clean audit trails suitable for:
- Investors
- Legal diligence
- ROBS / ERISA-sensitive environments
- 7-12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance Ops
- Deep hands‑on experience with Salesforce (not just dashboards‑architecture)
- Strong understanding of:
- B2B recurring revenue
- Leasing or contract‑based businesses (preferred)
- Highly detail‑oriented but commercially minded
- Comfortable operating in a startup where systems are being built, not inherited
- Clear communicator who can say "no" when needed—and explain why
- Experience in:
- Medical devices
- Healthcare services
- Regulated environments
- Exposure to investor reporting or fundraising cycles
- Experience supporting sales teams selling high‑ticket B2B products
